Hi! We're Tom and Lindsay Martin — husband-and-wife team and proud owners of The Marquee at New Town. Our journey into event hosting is both personal and passionate. We actually met right here in New Town and even celebrated our own wedding reception at The Marquee! So when we had the opportunity to bring this space to life for others, it felt like a dream come true. With a combined 50+ years of experience in project management, entertainment, and venue operations, we bring a dynamic and hands-on approach to every event hosted at The Marquee. Lindsay has over two decades of experience in business and project management, making her a pro at organizing logistics and ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. Tom brings more than 30 years as a professional DJ, along with skills as an electrician and handyman—so whether it’s keeping the party on schedule or the lights shining just right, he’s your guy. Our mission is simple: to create extraordinary experiences in a space that fosters celebration, creativity, and connection. From weddings and baby showers to trivia nights, fundraisers, and music bingo, The Marquee is designed to be a canvas for all kinds of unforgettable moments.
